How easy is it to write the wrong date on a baby's birth certificate?

Like say your date of birth was March 18th, but they decided, just for kicks, to put april 1st as a joke..as a josh....making a full out of you. How simple could this be?

Imagine a life time of wrong horoscopes just because your parents punked you.

i think parents can choose to have the baby's birthday on their birth certificate say february 28th or march 1st if the baby was born on a leap year. totally optional though

my dad is 08/17 and i am 08/18

when we first come to the US they thought our passports were fake. as if someone faking passports would put matching birthdays.
