dont ingest caffeine until you've been awake for at least an hour. otherwise it will fuck with your ability to wake up naturally, since your brain starts to depend on it. the sweet spot for caffeine consumption is around 1pm. i've found that if you follow this the caffeine "buzz" is much more enjoyable and noticable
