It's not like I don't know how to continue a conversation; it's just that the people who tend to start a conversation on a dating site with "hey sup" are either literal chat bots (more likely) or likely just looking for a fling. it usually gets followed up with "SEE MY PICS bit.ly..." so it screens bots out
if they open about the dog in the picture, I know they aren't a bot so I reply with something with more substance
