Some dollar store.

Had a store manager, guy in his 50s, had crushes on some girls a bit younger than me (19-21 y/o) and he had his own family.  Favoritism played a huge role.  He's some elitist as shit Korean guy who denied employment of black people because he's racist.  He'd shout at everyone at work and talk behind everyone's backs blaming it on other people.  Was also lazy as shit, would stay in the office all the time watching the camera instead of stocking duties he was assigned.  Then bitch at others when things weren't done in time.  Man, this guy would lie so much about work and people and eventually I got sick of his bullshit and decided to quit, as well as two other people, and four other ex co-workers also have problems with management.  I got anxious every time I saw him at work/worked with him.  He truly made the store a negative environment.  I couldn't put up with his bullshit any longer.  The two district managers in charge of this store are hard to budge as well, they didn't want to do anything about what we brought up.  Actually, the one we previously had, wanted to keep him because he just liked him, after bringing up all the issues regarding him.  Harassment (also, when one of his crushes quit, he made her stay an hour more so he could tell her how much he loved her and that she should stay for him and not anyone else, and he cried.  So obsessive holy shit), racism, verbally abusive, manipulative, etc..

A lot of us are planning to send a letter directly to corp, and they are currently investigating.  This one girl who worked there for two years, sent a six page document on him, and I was surprised how much more he's done.

Lol, he had an assistant manager fire a black person because he used scissors instead of a box cutter, when he himself locked all of the box cutters up because he thinks the workers steal them.  He'd make him unload the truck by himself for 8 hours straight.  He just made him do all of the dirty work.

Man, well, now I'm jobless.  But I stayed at that place for seven months, enough experience I guess.  I'll miss the regulars, my automatic greetings, being with chill ass co-workers, and just earning money.  But man that place paid you so much less to what you actually have to do there.  It's a fast-paced environment for sure, and can be truly stressful.  Everything may be a dollar, but you'd be surprised how many people have weak impulses and buy more than what they were planning.  All the time.

Technology and globalism go hand and hand. If you want to be on the forefront of technology then you gotta be global

the earth is flat you globecuck

Classic

And now you pack up, take your experience with you, and go somewhere better.

Get out of the Dollar store scene and move on to something better. Don't think of it as a dead end.
