yeah, but frequently moving one's massive gaming pc tower to the living room and vice versa is inconvenient, esp. when pc gamers tend to prefer kb/mouse controls which additionally requires a desk or at least a small table in addition to a place to sit

still, it's not nearly a $450 inconvenience, especially with the abundance of relatively inexpensive streaming devices currently on the market that make it quite possible to enjoy pc games on any hdtv in the house

not to mention many pc gamers probably have large monitors in their bedrooms anyway, my tv is directly behind my computer setup and i literally just have to turn around if i want to play on a bigger screen lol[/spoiler]

oh. i forgot that others dont use laptops.... lol
