For example:

Thyme makes a thread saying hi to Tyler (instead of the chat thread).

Every post that is not Tyler must also say hi to Tyler or reply to tyler with what tyler is talking about.

You can't quote another user and talk to them.

Tyler can reply to the other people in the thread. saying 'hi', 'how are you' or maybe talk about what he's doing.

David cannot join in on the thread and talk to thyme. He can only talk to tyler

Lawlz and silvertone can only talk to tyler

everyone can talk to tyler only.

Tyler can only talk to people who've posted in the thread about something in the thread.

If tyler wants to address kaz but kaz has not posted he can make a hi kaz thread

also i lol'd because i think david interpreted the example "David cannot join in on the thread and talk to thyme. He can only talk to tyler" as a rule that in every thread he must say hi to tyler

which is kind of hilarious

but it's saying hi to the user mentioned in the first post

and the user mentioned in the first post can only speak to users who have posted in the thread
