why does felt post these things without any context

In the IRC channel that nsfcd people have all moved to by now (ChatSpike#flatline), Clu is a bot (but not mine) that tries to generate messages based on what it learns while watching the channel. Felt ended up obsessed with this bot after I mentioned to him that the channel exists.
