I wouldn't be able to stand having to use community bath/restroom facilities

I live in a place that has two bathrooms shared between only four single-person rooms.

Even better, it turned out that, rather than splitting them 2/2, my other three suitemates decided they all prefer the same bathroom because it's a little more spacious I guess, so I essentially have a bathroom to myself. I might miss this next year when my suitemate assignment is reshuffled.
