Any good stories?

One of the only significant times for me was when I was on the bus to a tennis match, during my 4th year of JV. It was our last match, and I had never played as #1 singles (only the best person on the team plays this). I was also not on good terms with my coach, he was a dick and I was probably a dick myself. So he was reading off who was going to play what (keep in mind I was always jokingly asking him to put me as #1), and I was like 4th for singles. I stood up in my seat and said "Dan, I've been on JV for four years. Four fucking years, and never once have I been able to play #1 singles." I think I said more but that is already paraphrased. He then put me as #1 singles and I got destroyed lol

Once when my teacher told me to stop saying I'm sorry, I said I'm sorry.   saddood;

YPrrrr

In high school I yelled at my teacher following a math test for putting on material we hadn't covered and then I followed into a tirade on how their methods of teaching were bollocks and ineffective.

I made some friends that day n_u

Kalahari Inkantation

some idiot substitute teacher i had in third grade told me to copy a chapter out of a textbook by hand because we had been taking turns reading aloud and when it was my turn he thought i'd started in the wrong place and thus hadn't been paying attention

in reality the chapter the previous person had finished reading and the chapter i tried to start began with the same first few words, so yes, i suppose it would seem like i hadn't been paying attention... to a person who wasn't paying attention himself goonish

some of my classmates even tried to defend me but he wouldn't listen lol befuddlement

Anyway, I never wrote that chapter, and when he asked for it at the end of the day I had nothing to give him.  The real teacher returned the next day and it was never even mentioned. spam;

I don't automatically "respect authority". I am mature and intelligent enough to decide who I respect, and in my opinion, respect is something that shouldn't be tossed around lightly. I wait for people to earn my respect, then I give it to them.

Older, higher position of authority, more powerful? I don't give a shit, I still withhold my respect on you just as much as I would anyone else.

Example I guess could be when I told off my psycho-feminist professor.

I present for everyone but myself the greatest respect and privilege that they deserve as a distinct and sovereign human being. My only regret is that they do not bestow the same consideration onto me.

Titles and offices have no place in my admission. Simply the nature of the Man.
