On a side note, I converted a loyal member, Princess, to MSN. I am not sure how this will affect her on AIM, but it may very well save her from Daddy's wrath.

I personally prefer MSN (or rather, Windows Live Messenger) because of the emotes, I have an emote for practically any action I do, from eyebrow wriggling to 'wtf' looks. It's just so customizable, it's awesome. Not to mention I already have a collection of buddies I wouldn't want to lose.

Of course, I've only used MSN and AIM, so I haven't been exposed to everything out there.

AIM, I find, is reliable and I love how it groups the convos into one window, but I always miss my emotes and personalization. MSN really angers me when it bugs out and won't let me send messages and such, but overall I like it more and forgive it.
