well i dont understand why you wouldnt have those things in a restaurant.

...because we don't use them like Canadians do. isn't that obvious? use your head.

What I fail to understand is why we don't have poutine in our restaraunts. :(

I had to look that up to see what it was (that's probably why)

well, you could make it yourself by ordering cheese curds as an appetizer or something and asking for a little side of gravy or something, at a non-fast food place

baddood; well thyme mentioning it is more than enough reason for him to know

I look forward to dipping my hot tenders into thick and creamy ranch dressing and smearing it all over them. Go and fuck yourself all the way to Canada.

And my man from Philly, we gotta smoke something one day. It's the Boyah way.

I only know of 2 fast food chains that have delicious cheese curds (A&W and Culver's) and they are very uncommon 'round these parts, although one is growing in popularity (that being Culver's)

In my defense when I looked it up I saw that I had already visited the wikipedia page for it previously  baddood;

applesauce

Cheese Curds are kind of a Minnestoa/Wisconsin/Iowa thing. They aren't very popular outside the upper midwest.

Samus Aran

huh. didn't know that. befuddlement

and you know what i really love that isn't very popular outside the midwest? frybread. the best thing the native americans have given us. and we minnesotans have a chain of little stands called "Oof-Da Tacos" that makes taco salads out of frybread. fucking delicious.

what about mini soder itself :|

And yeah, I wouldn't expect to see cheese curds for sale outside the midwest, meaning I'd probably have to do some travelling if I wanted to make real poutine myself. :(

or order them online but that seems dangerous :'(

Correction. Tobacco is the best thing we took from the Natives.
