My Easters were never anything special. I don't really ever recall getting any actual gifts. My dad used to buy jelly beans and a few other assorted candies and hide them individually around the house, usually in the dustiest places. Many times we wouldn't find some pieces until months later, and by that time the dust had engulfed the candy itself.

We didn't usually have a traditional dinner either. Most of the time it was just my siblings and my parents, and my dad cooked some crappy meat that he got from work.
