big o is a good show but definitely not one of the better mech shows i've seen, it is slow yeah and kinda just...idk insubstantial

but it's good, just not great

it's visually quite stylish though

i tried to watch the first episode but it just seemed...umm too umm..."miscellaneous"..? konata and her chocolate cream puff. ugh

that's what lucky star is. it's just random, every day situations.

lucky star, to use an old phrase, is "seinfeld the anime," with cuteness added in

it's mostly conversations and jokes about every day things, with some of it having to do with otaku culture but a lot of it just being normal stuff

there's always a punch line, but its humor is usually subdued except for the few instances per episode where it suddenly makes a silly anime reference or something

it's a slice of life comedy

i like it a lot though

but uh it would not be suitable for stream

ANIME kids ran with it but also i lost interest in the story line (many different L's or something??? wouldve been better off as a one shot like FLCL)
