I bounce my legs, bite my nails, tap my fingers, chew my writing utensils, chew on anything that's not lethal, flick my nails together to make an annoying sound, I pick at anything I possibly can. Oh the list goes on

i get fevers if i suppress it
if i don't i experience these:
-really, really red ears + nose
-smiling
-laughter
-i pull in muh lips
-i dart my eyes around so you won't see my pupils
-thumb biting
-facing sideways so they'd see my jaw rather than my face
-"uuuh, hmmm..., blaaaah"
-scrunch my nose
-yawning


when i'm just nervous WITH NO CAUSE i bite my fingernails and the mucous membranes of my lower lip
