No one mentions the online feature about 30 seconds in. No more friend codes, pokemon online hub with usernames, fuck yes.

Also the new pokemon revealed look okay, not really a fan of SPIKES AND MORE SPIKES, but it's okay.

They could've come up with something more original. It doesn't take any effort whatsoever to go "hey, we have double battles, why not just put another pokemon out there and call it a new game?"

But random wifi battles is awesome.

5th Gen is going to fail anyway.

The odd generations in Pokemon always fail. 1st can be a point of contention because some people like it (I don't, even with nostalgia goggles )

I hate the Gen 1 games. Fire Red and stuff is nice, and it has pokemon from the other Gens too
