I have an awesome idea

Instead of having the quota as a constant thing for every month or however long it is for, reset it every month, so everybody is at zero, and then the first person to match the quota each month wins a prize 

There could even be a cool ranking thing in stats that im sure JMV could create that would show the users with the top quota for the current month. It would be cool and would encourage people to post more in my opinion.
