I was going to take it, but I found out I had to take physics before or concurrently. I enjoy having early release on both days, so being the lazy fucker I am, I replaced AP Bio with physics. Might take AP Bio next year but I probably won't.

That is stupid...  why would they force you to take physics before/at the same time as bio... if anything it should just be that you take bio 1 first then whatever math is necessary. Physics has like nothing to do with ap bio

Where I went physics was 4th year science that you could switch out for animal studies(biology 2 focusing on animals) or one of the ap sciences they offered except for ap physics cause you have to have the first year of physics for that.

I wouldn't have had a problem with it either it just sounds stupid to make them pair those. I took physics and chem in 11th grade together

Yeah, I don't get it. The school wants us to have AP Bio as an extra class instead of replacing another science. Only biology and chemistry are required, so you can pick and choose your other two sciences. Physics has nothing to do with biology, and being good in one science doesn't mean you're good in the other. I'm pretty pro at biology myself, but average at chemistry in physics.

Only thing that sucks is... next year, I'm going to be a senior, and I'll have to take chemistry. God dammit, I'll be in a class full of sophomores and juniors. It'll be just like the Spanish II I'm taking right now, except everyone's a year older. It's not that I hate younger students in general, it's just that most of them hate me. For some reason that I don't understand, sophomores give me less respect than seniors.
