I leave for college on wednesday, but move in on thursday. I have to leave a day in advance due to the distance. I think my classes start monday.

I went to class and then spent two and half hours hanging out in the Fine Arts building before eating lunch and then going to class again. I need to go to the advising center tomorrow so I can declare my major and get them to take the hold off my account that won't let me add or drop classes online.

What? Don't. EVERYONE goes through this phase. Everyone. Well 90% of people at least. Everyone I knew who went to college said that too. I remember floods of Facebook Notes about how everyone was lonely and homesick and had no friends and it smelled bad there and the food sucked and they're bored and etc. You'll get past it, don't worry.

I didn't feel that way but I still lived at home and I was going through a breakup so that might have masked things a bit.

It's been going on for months. I just didn't feel like saying anything because I thought my mom would be like 'you'll get over it lol', but I havn't, and its getting worse

Yeah, I'm living at home and going to the university where my dad is a professor and I know several people from my high school (and I know now their college friends), so I don't really have a shortage of people to hang out with.

Well tomorrow I will be stopping by the counseling center to set up an appointment.

i start college on september 9th. till then, i'll just be waking up late, going to martial arts class, maybe work (depending when i start) and whatever time i has, maybe post here or sleep. sucks that my girl will be leaving for a 11 day vacation this thursday to DR.
