They are obviously a great invention, and basically a necessity now. But I hate what they have become. A guy and a girl will be out to dinner, and just texting on their cellphones the whole time. Why not focus on what is actually around you and talk to the other people when you see them next.

I have to pay about $90 a month. I pretty much need my parents to put money in my checking account so i can pay it every month.

Once the two year contract is up, I'm definitely deactivating it. It's an awesome phone and all, but it's just way too expensive to maintain.
