I adore huge cities, so places like Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea would be ideal. Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and France also seem really cool, but their cities just look so dull. Also, I hate white people.

Well, then you should try New York City... considering it's one of the biggest cities in the world. And you can stay in the greatest country in the world.

I'd love to stay right here in New York, or if not, at least somewhere on the east coast, like Delaware. hocuspocus;

Well, I'm living in Philly now, and I think I'll stay in Philly.

Upstate New York would be nice, or maybe another one of those small Northeastern states.  baddood;

Woah, awesome thread. thumbup; now i feel like i'm going to ruin it :( skylark, you're going to college in canada? well anyways, i think that california has a great variety, new york city is full of culture, and i hear salt lake city is awesome. Although i still think it would be the coolest thing ever to live in sweden, at least for a few years.

That's the plan...

Southern California all looks the same to me but Northern California can be beautiful. I don't think I would ever want to live there. I went to Salt Lake City one time and I think maybe it's just that I don't like mormons. Think: a city full of Stillman, Rebecca and Michael Ward... and all of their BFFs.

Phoenix is sort of lame.

You plan on it or you actually got into a college there?
Yeah mormons aren't awesome but my uncle moved there and he said it's  great. Everything's happy and clean, etc. I wouldn't want to live there either, but I still hear it's nice.

Phoenix is pretty lame, but then again most people feel that way about wherever they live.  n_u

I will get into college into college there, that's not really an issue. Why would I have applied already? I still have half of my junior year left.
I am sure it's clean but... It just seems barren, like all of Utah. It's beautiful there and there are some amazing spots for canyonering but that really isn't worth much. If you want a clean city go to Portland.

I disagree with that... If I think of the last person I talked to about the quality of the city they live in they adore it. I can't really remember anything past that. Except for how much Rachel L. loves it in Phoenix and wants to live here forever. It's hot and is hardly accessible if you don't have a car.

No, again... being a Junior I have not taken the SAT or ACT yet. I take the SAT in March (I think at least, some Spring month)

I hate rural areas and farms omg. I despise of those places. Even though the city has it's cons and pollution, the countryside just scares me.
