Like I said before, I just can't talk to her. When I first met her I was like whoa she's pretty cool but after getting to know her she got really annoying and I regret ever talking to her now.

There is really only one option that will be best for her and you, and that's to just be honest. Just say how you are sorry but you really just don't like her like she likes you.

Yea, of course it hurts her, and it will probably make you feel like shit, but guess what, in time it will be gone and the wounds will be healed and she will probably be a stronger person. Whereas lying to her would just fuck her up even more.
