he just walks around the house meowing and whistling in an attempt (I guess?) to coerce our cats out of wherever they are. I don't know if he thinks he can talk to them, or what, but it's fucking annoying and weird. The cats don't even like him, one of them just comes into my room and sits under my chair every time he accosts it.

He's 14, by the way.

haha my little brother does that to the dog.
he will sit there and try to whistle.
and yell his name in a high pitch voice.
but he's only 6 but it's still annoying.
