It took me a year and a half to get from 250 to 160.

Just saying. I'm not sure if this confirms or infirms opposes JMV's post. goonish

Everyone knows that BMI doesn't work on muscular, athletic people.
I've got zero fat on my legs, so rightly fuck off.

I'm going to bet that he worked out four times a week and cut out all fried or otherwise unhealthily prepared foods.

I eat fast food twice a week, which is better than the up to 14 times a week back when I traveled. So whatever.

14 times a week? Jesus Christ. goonish

I may be overweight, but even I don't eat that much fast food.

Sometimes it's that or you don't eat.

Exactly.

I didn't exactly have the ability to eat at home. Or access to materials to make my own food because I was constantly going from store to store. Now that I'm in a (less financially beneficial) position, I eat at home more. Cold sandwiches and the like. Time to take runs instead of drive everywhere. You know. It's why I'm 220 instead of 240. And at the rate I'm going, I'll be lower still as it goes along.

But no, the rest of you keep your spiritual leaders Slim and Guff coaxing you on, when they're fat, ugly, reprehensible fucks themselves. And know it, because they don't give you the option of mocking them.

I'm not saying he doesn't.

Hunger's not an option. I do things when my blood sugar drops. Things like delete people.

What situations do you live under that you can't eat baked/roasted foods?
I think I'd die after 2 days of fast food.  >.<

I can now. I cook chicken in an oven rather than have it deep fried in a fast food place. You know.

The nausea passes due to variety.

Hmmm. Either way, I'm glad you're eating more healthy foods. There's nothing wrong with fast food now and then, but I'd like some veggies here and there.  bassir;

I've never worked out. Unless you count "walking to school" as a workout. n_u

Then again, about 40 minutes daily, it probably did help. Then I got in college and it got to 50 minutes.

I just cut out on soft drinks (I used to drink two cans of soda every day), desserts and snacks. As for the rest, well, there was still a bit of fast food on the menu, just in smaller portions: one burger without french fries instead of two with fries, one slice of pizza instead of two, etc. Everything was in smaller portions, actually, I just learned to eat slowlier and chew more before swallowing.

In any case, congrats on your recent weight loss Jon, and good luck with the rest of your undertaking. thumbup;

I don't really understand what Fido is doing right now. Is he having a period or something? He's acting different. It scares me. saddood;

I would.

zomg me too

Quotedesserts and snacks.

Mom still sends over rice krispies treats so I feel obligated to eat them.

Here's my problem. A slice of pizza? Sometimes I'll eat a medium pizza for dinner and not have to eat again until the next dinner. I'm always told "frequent amounts of smaller portions" but it's one of those things I doubt.

QuoteI just learned to eat slowlier and chew more before swallowing.

That's agonizing. I'm usually in a hurry.
