Do you do anything peculiar when you're upset?

I mostly just eat and sleep, but other than that, for whatever reason I end up playing Pokemon games for hours upon hours in my bed under the covers. I don't know why, but I just noticed that last night.

p.s. crying doesn't count.

I get dizzy and feel extremely out of place and warm whenever I'm mad.

Then I'd either lose my appetite for the whole day, or binge eat whatever is in sight.

Then usually take a veruh long nap (Which is sometimes around 15+ hours) and then wake up feeling like a robot sometimes.

I usually isolate myself and attempt to think through my promblem...
if I'm stressed I eat. If I'm scared I refuse to eat.
When I'm scared I curl up in my blanket and try to sleep ;-;
