I don't know how a board could be terrible, so I guess it's decent.
I only used it once
and there was rocks
helluvah lot better than a rental though

A board can be terrible if it's too stiff, to flimsy, doesn't carve well, doesn't take certain types of snow well, doesn't perform well in a terrain park, etc.

In Texas we don't really have fall. It stays hot up until November, at which point all leaves promptly die.
