ITT Scars you have

 Two on my hand from a dog bite. Lead in between my thumb and first finger from being stabbed with a pencil. Scar on my forehead from falling and hitting a window sill. Scar on my tummy from surgery. One on my neck from surgery.

I've got various cuts and bruises, and only a few notable scars.

One scar below my chin where I got 7 stitches. I got it on my 4th birthday while running naked into the bathroom to take a bath. I slipped and cut my chin open on the garbage can somehow.

My other scar is from the surgery I had on my leg. I fractured it in 3 different places while playing tag.

A scar on each side below the armpits from being connected to tubes when I was a baby (premature)
Same scars, less indented, above my nipples and in a little.
On my thumb for that glass bottle incident.
Dents in my head from running into the corner of a wall.
Lip, stitches for something I did as a child apparently, running into a table.
Scar on side of hip area from falling off scooter.
Scar on shin for falling out of a tree and scraping it on the slate wall in my yard.
