it's a phrase

it's a phrase

...it's a song title caused by the vocalist being drunk while trying to sing the song and then one of the bandmembers deciding to keep the drunken title.

I've never heard it used as a phrase. If it's used as one, I don't see how it would be, because it doesn't make much sense on its own.
