No, but you must be. Doesn't obedience mean anything? The fact that the dog knows it will get trouble if it bothers the and the fact that the cat can use that to her advantage doesn't prove anything. In a way, it's pretty much the same thing.

It's still about the intelligence of cats. I'm using my sister's dog and mom's cat to prove that cats are no smarter than dogs, which can be pretty smart.

It won't do shit because the dog knows it will be punished. Can you at least try to be smart about this? Dogs can prove their intelligence through obedience. That's why we can say for a fact that dogs are smart. You really can't say much about cats in that regard.

But you can't train cats as easily as you can train dogs, which is why we really can't prove the comparative intelligence of a dog and a cat. Until I hear of/see a trained house cat, I can definitely say that dogs are smarter than cats because they can prove that they understand us.
