I try not to but I can't help it.

Before my brief bout of depression two months ago, I hadn't cried since I was a kid. Maybe 12 years old, at the latest.

Then, in May, I got really depressed, mainly because high school was almost over, it sometimes seemed like my friends didn't want to have anything to do with me (which was wrong), I was running out of time to complete the requirements for Eagle Scout before I turned 18, my grades in physics and ap stat were beginning to look grim, and I felt like no one cared about me anymore. Then one day, about a month ago, it got REALLY bad, and suddenly, I did a complete 180 and was happy again. It was really strange.

but yeah, crying isn't very manly at all. when i realized i was crying, it actually made my depression worse.
