I win annual awards for being in the top 5% percentile of my state's standardized test scores that are just a paper like that. I got the last one in like January even though it was for a test taken in March 2007.
Besides that, the only award I remember getting was in 7th grade for my SAT score (idk why)

I got some award for fantastic graphic design, but whatevs.

Other than that, all my awards are just for good grades and such. I got a pretty pewter bowl for getting perfect scores on my states standardized testing, CAPTS.
