i don't plan to ever live in a house after i'm 18 unless i have a wife or w/e, because an apartment or condo is fine too.

i don't need much space, though if i had money i'd cover a wall with guitars n shit and have a music room where id play and record shit

I'd be fine with an apartment too, but it is necessary that I practice instruments such as sax and drums, and the sounds of these things permeates walls.
