What do people mean when they say "needs more desu"?

I have seen it before...

Desu is a meme that originated on 4chan. It's Suiseiseki from a manga and anime series called Rozen Maiden. She's a living doll in the thing, and fights to become "Alice", but Suiseiseki has some bad habits and says Desu a lot so she's just plain known as Desu. I like Suiseiseki lots.

She has a sister with shorter hair names Souseiseki. Don't confuse them. Yes, though, It's different coloured eyes. try and note the LONG HAIR TOO.
