Sex shop because you could probably get a lower quality one for alot cheaper. Also then you can whip random people!

Those are thje kinky leather ones, though, anmd IO don't think they will work. The cattle shop ones would have that rough texture which I'd want, I'm sure...

Wow, I answered my own Question. Cattle shop it is. I'mma buy me a whip. If you have played Castlevania, you'd know too.
