1.  Set up a site that has images hotlinked from his Photobucket.
2.  Put the images in their own table like thingamigs to refresh constantly to effectively waste his bandwidth.
3.  Get enough people to go on the site and his bandwidth for the month will be gone instantly.
4.  All the images that he has on his Photobucket will turn to "No more bandwidth" images or some such.  Like with Imageshack and its yellow frogger.
5.  "No more bandwidth" images=no way for him to post Outsider and Boyah smilies.

Kono may just hotlink the smilies directly from our databases if he's desperate enough.  If and when that happens, we can switch the smilies with Naruto porn.  And if the right NOA comes by the posts (one that doesn't know anything about hotlinking and its exploits), Kono can get banned, or even deleted.  But his posts can't be quoted either, because it'll just scream that something's wrong what with nobody flipping out about it and all.  So the smilies would have to be switched and his posts reported immediately.

The only thing that can go wrong is if he's smart enough to create multiple Photobucket accounts.

I'm pretty sure wasting his Photobucket account's bandwidth is harder than it seems and all the work may backfire if he makes another account. We have to get him either by convincing or something else to hotlink our emotes so we may change the images. The best thing to do is get access to his Photobucket and change ever image he's ever used on NSider to something that would get him completely deleted.
