I just got my first letter back from a college I applied to, Uconn, telling me that I had been accepted. I felt a huge rush of relief to get into the first college that replied, and was happy knowing that the campus offers every class and extracurricular I want.

Of course this joy lasted about 10 seconds before my parents grounded me because I forgot to take out the trash this morning.
