The first Prince of Persia is great.

F-Zero GX is awesome for a few days, then gets boring

So yeah, PoP is a definite.

Also, it may sound faggotish, but I enjoyed the shit out of LotR: The Return of the King

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker as well.

Everyone else pretty much covered the basics.  And get 007: Nightfire if you have friends you can play a decent fps with (and don't already have halo)

Yeah, nightfire has a suprisingly good multiplayer. I've played that game for hours with my little brother.
