Your best bet would be to pirate... uh, that Adobe app for slice-images-n-auto-make-code websites, I'm blanking on the name.

I'd really recommend just learning HTML and doing it yourself, though. That's the best way to learn for future sites. Hell, I got started on NSider four years ago just doing text formatting stuff and Jasc PSP8, and now I'm about to launch a beautiful rom site complete with custom PHP/MySQL/database integration.

Dreamweaver. Also, Amaya is free, but not very stable from every time I've ever used it.

How about actually coding your own page?  Those stupid site builders are useless.  If someone wants to make a website, just learn enough basic HTML to do it without the help of a site builder.   

its not like i was trying to make an actual good website or anything shit it was just a small project
