been playing katana zero, shit is super fun but it's also p short as i think im nearing the end after like 4 hours. also its kind of challenging, but i wish it was a bit moreso

yeah- i've enjoyed yugioh (lol) in the past but besides that i am not a deck builder kinda guy. definitely came at this from more of an interest in roguelikes and i sprained my wrist so i couldnt play more intensive games. seriously is a 10/10 game though i can't praise it enough. addicting as hell.

anyway, i'd hoped this game would release physically but even if it ever does (through limited run or smth) it'll probably take forever so i was just gonna download this on switch i guess

ok so ive been trying to do some kombos and damn it is so REWARDING finishing it off perfectly
it may be weird as shit coming from smash but hell it's been fun
only thing not fun is grinding for specific skins i want

like for example i want a maskless sub zero
but i HAVE to do his character towers for it
jesus CHRIST i hate this grind

also the switch & pc have been behind some patches compared to xbone & ps4 lame as hell
bc im behind a patch some combos won't chain

or at least to the best of my abilities online if not offline

if you want the reqs for the towers to be done faster, you have to do it yourself
especially for brutality reqs
also really random but maskless sub zero's availability is a mystery atm, tfw
man the mk11 roster has some hot guys

man seeing liu kang and kung lao coming back on the top is just damn justifying
was so sick of seeing liu kang exist as a zombie, a spirit, then a revenant

i mean i've always dug the aesthetic and characters of mk, it's just always been a series i struggled with. i'm more used to fighters where you hold back to block and you have more traditional, capcom-inspired inputs

i'd still be down to try mk11 but i am hesitant to buy a new game at full price on a simple whim
