Part 8 is ongoing, it may be able to tell what's happened thus far but it can't conclude it

Only Part 3, Stardust Crusaders, was ever officially localized, done so by Viz. probably simply because it's the most popular part of the manga by far.

there are a combination of different scanlators that have made all of JJBA available in English, although I think some of Part 4 is still pretty poorly translated. i'll see what i can find when i get to that point. let me get all my resources together (trying to combine various sources for overall best batch of the whole manga series) and i'll hook you up with the whole manga then, if you want
