Why the fuck would you go to the U of Wisconsin? Just go to the U of M Minneapolis, it's close and better.  psyduck;

I'm planning on going to a film or arts school in southern CA.

It's not better psyduck; Wisconsin is like the 37th best school in the nation, while Minnesota is 66th. Even Ohio State is ranked slightly higher.
