Argorok from Twilight Princess. He was a rather easy boss to beat, though the 3D Zelda games aren't that hard anyway.

I liked the design of him, the scenery, and the ending. Plus the clawshot climbing and stabbing him in the head was fun.

I know, the 2D had more difficulty, though they lacked the flare the 3D bosses had. Nevertheless I would take a enjoyable experience such as fighting Argorok over any of the challenging bosses in the 2D Zelda's anyday.
