Andy is dead?

Perhaps the reason for the shut down of the website is because Andy died and there was no one to take over? There are a few clues supporting this:

1. Why wouldn't Andy tell us about the shut down of NSider? It even said in the closing message that NSider brought "friendships"
2. Look at the line "their future remains uncertain". Is this possibly a clue to the future of the other NOAs, knowing that they are sad right now?
3. PMs are disabled. Could this be because people will start asking Andy questions, then never getting PMs back because he's dead? Is it because the MODs know?
4. The public removal of the forums the 24th. Is this because they don't want people to see Andy's posts and get sad over it?
5. The way it's written. It seems like they wrote this a while ago, but just decided to close the forums today. The tense is always future when it says the forums are closing. Is this because they've been too depressed to post it until now? Also note that ANDY hasn't been on the forums for a while.

My guess is this: Andy was driving his car when he saw a woman asking for a ride. Upon realizing who he was, she jumped on him, causing him to lose control of the car, thus wrecking it and killing him, and the NOAs are trying to cover it up and leave clues behind.

Also, it happened 5:00AM on a Wednesday.
