I mean let's look at this city's pros

NEVER snowed before, ever
JUST HOURS away from America's cultural zeitgeist, Scottsdale
Plenty of water thanks to the bountiful Colorado river
SUPER CHEAP housing
Literally everything is air conditioned

Cons

Maybe a bit too cold come January

It snowed here sometime in the 1930s
Yeah but the same HOURS to San Diego is way better (3 hours still annoying)
Lots of water that tastes like garbage
Yeah it is pretty cheap. Hope you like stucco

Cons:
Nothing to do
Middle of nowhere
120 in summer
Electric bill of $300 per month in summer because all the apartments here suck at insulating
Poorly educated
No rain (sometimes you want some idk)
Old people driving
