syfy (i only watch it whenever there's some cheesy horror movie or face off once in a while.  used to love it when they aired cheesy horror shows from the 90s more.  i miss the sci-fi days)

abc- ugh

trutv- only the world's dumbest eps make me watch it

lifetime- lamest movies & shows ever, esp. during christmas

tlc- although it is gr8 finding a perspective of life differing from mine significantly, i just don't like the "vibe" i get from it still
