i actually like paper mario basically just as much as mario rpg. the latter is honestly a bit overrated, it's still a fantastic game though if you ask me. but the paper mario and mario and luigi games have so much more personality and humor.

the original was more amazing back then than it is now - it was the first mario rpg, after all, and it was totally unlike anything we'd seen from mario before.

it was actually my first rpg ever, too.

Okay so for my own confessions:
I mostly just collect games. I buy them, enjoy them for a couple weeks, get 30% through the game and then go back to the internet.

I don't really like Chrono Trigger based on the 4 or so hours I've spent playing it.

i played for 20 minutes and thought the writing was hammy and the battle system was weird, so i stopped playing

Madworld was mediocre

it's one of the few wii games i liked

f-zero is in every way inferior to wipeout

I am horribly crippled by this too... and here I have Uncharted 3, basically untouched when I beat the first two in under a day each

i didn't have the memory pak needed to save, which was probably the main reason i hate it so much
even still the game is pretty clunky
i did play the shit out of it as a kid though
