and the reason i didn't is because i didn't expect there to be as many good awards suggestions as there turned out to be
and i think that's as good a reason as any
now that i've seen all the suggestions, i think it may make sense to expand to beyond 30 (no more than 40), but i'll make a more complete argument during or after the poll
