Weed. It's not entirely non-addictive/non-dangerous, but you can smoke it out of a pipe, and of course you get those wonderful wonderful highs.

It just isn't legal. psyduck;

I don't get why not, though. It's much less unhealthy than cigarettes. psyduck;

Regardless of what you smoke, it's all bad for your lungs. Marijuana is an otherwise safe substance, but the smoke damages the cilia in your lungs.

If you want a legal alternative to marijuana, salvia.

Weed.  educate;

Seriously, I don't smoke but it's not bad for you and it's not addictive (the feeling is addictive but it has nothing like nicotine in it.)

Salvia costs too much to be considered worth it. Never tried it, never will.

You have to 18 and it's legal.  caterpie;

Uh, what's that stuff called... that you usually smoke in the big bong-looking thing, through a tube? You can buy the "tobacco" (which is like herbal something or another with artifical flavor), and use it in regular tobacco pipes, I believe. Some of it actually tastes good, some doesn't.

Or you could just smoke weed, but most weed pipes are ugly, and smoking it in a regular tobacco pipe usually doesn't go well.

It's fun in small doses. Like, enough to just think everything has a bloom effect or is painted in pastel colors or something; I've never taken more for fear of having an awful trip. :|
