When all of a sudden "PEEL ME FROM THE SKIN, TEAR ME FROM THE RIND. DOES THIS MAKE YOU HAPPY NOW?"
My phone begins to ring, I jump out of bed, run to my desk to get my phone. I pick it up, and realize it's my sister. We start talking and shit.
It turns out that my parents got me a car. For free. powerofone;
They got it from my Mexican neighbor. He no longer lives in the house next to us, but he can't sell the house because his ex-girlfriend has the title for it. And she's got a restraining order on him. <3 He has no use for the car, so he just gave it to my dad. And my dad's letting me have it. Once I get my license, he'll put the car in my name. I'll have to take care of it and shit. But I'm fine with that.
It's not the greatest, but it's a car. And that's all I really care about at the moment.
And the fact that I got a decent, running car for free kind of makes me happy.
It's a 1995 Toyota Tercel. edumacate;

Not exactly the same, but pretty close to what I've got.
If only I had my license.
My permit will have to make do for the time being.
The car has a decent CD player, and a cool pair of sunglasses in the glove box. powerofone;

Yey for cars. navi; and Mudvayne.

I wish lived near Mexicans.
I'm surrounded by them.
They're always swarming in the middle of the road, it's almost impossible to get the car through.
Once I get my license, I'm just gonna hit the little bastards.
That's rad d00d.
Tercels are nice little cars. I have a Taurus myself. I got it for $500, because it was my best friend's dad that sold it to me. He wanted to get rid of it pretty badly.
