Why would you fuck your computer in the first place?

I remember having a string of about 35 things that were repaired. That was horrible.
Hell, I once had to actually repair the entire HD itself, not just permissions. I couldn't boot up anything. psyduck;

Uh, these things really aren't serious. Repairing permissions is like defragmenting HD's for Windows users, except it's not the same thing.

Okay, one, I'm on a Laptop. And second, I don't take care of HDDs that much
anyways, this iBook is old, and I took it to school every day since the 7th grade. I'm surprised the hard drive has not failed yet, but hey, Apple fixes them for free

I know, I was being stupid.
Speaking of defragging, my broadcast teacher's Mac G4 went down because the hard drive was so fragmented. I thought Macs defragged while they idled...psyduck;

And you can't defragment Mac harddrives, at least as far as I know. If anyone knows how, please tell me.

Because I am the master at making up excuses and the fact that I got a really long warranty

All I know is that when I asked my teacher why her computer went down, she said the hard drive was so fragmented that it messed something up. I don't know how they fixed it, but they must have defragged it
somehow. Either that or the technician gave her some false info.

No, not really. As long as you remember to repair permissions about once a month, it's all good.
Also, Zack, why didn't you just use Command+Shift+4 for a screenshot? psyduck;

If you remember, to fix the start up disk you need to restart off of the OS X disk and then use Disk Utility
psyduck; dur
and I had a few problems while fixing it I forgot to mention
