Whats some good anti-spyware and anti-virus programs? Symantec sucks.

I use AVG 7.5 and AVG Anti Spyware. Advanced Windows Care is also amazing.
For spyware, use Spybot Search and Destroy.

Spyware programs? Ad-Aware and AVG are what I use. Search and Destroy is good, too.

I've never gotten a virus on this computer, I look at porn, download stuff, and no lots of shit and I've never gotten one. What do you do to get one?

Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, and Kaspersky Antivirus are all good.
